Let it sit and it will eventually resolve itself (possibly days later). Try a recovery from USB but this works less than 50% of the time. Turn on Chromebook, leave on for 30 seconds, turn off (hold down power), repeat 20-25 times. Replace the system board. So far I haven't found a reliable way to resolve this issue.
